The mentoring support, which is among the opportunities offered by SMARTNET to entrepreneurs, is designed for technological initiatives that need guidance in the acceleration, commercialisation, national and international market opening and investor matching stages. In this context, candidates who have a mentoring background or who are suitable for potential mentoring were evaluated, informed through interviews and given comprehensive training to be assigned within SMARTNET.
Between 9-18 January 2024 at total (8 days 42 hours) with the experienced expert trainers in the field, trainings were given on topics such as network creation, the role of the mentor, preparing a coordination plan, limits and limitations of mentoring, basic communication and management skills, conflict management, cultural diversity and inclusion, financial management and reporting, technological production, advanced engineering design and business plan development.
There are 136 mentors registered in the SMARTNET system.
