The operation is a Technical Assistance project financed by the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye.

The Contracting Authority of the Project is the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology.

Yıldız Technical University is the final beneficiary (ERA), Hasan Kalyoncu University, Istanbul Technical University and Gebze Technical University are the project partners.

Technical support for the project is provided by the consortium partners Evoluxer S.L. International Consulting, Instrumentación Y Componentes S.A., Rzeszowska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A., ASTUREX. Sociedad de Promoción Exterior Principado de Asturias, S.A. and Startup Division, led by Swanleuco Danişmanlik A.Ş.

Stakeholders of the Project: Incubation Centres, Technology Transfer Offices, Technology Development Zones, innovative SMEs, start-ups, entrepreneurs constitute the main target group in the project activities, while companies in the technology transfer and innovation ecosystem, universities and other relevant segments are also included as stakeholders in the project.

Technical Assistance for “A Smart Network for Technology Transfer and Commercialisation with Funnel Model (SMARTNET)” is a project co-financed by the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye.  The Contracting Authority of the project is the Ministry of Industry and Technology, Directorate General for European Union and Foreign Affairs and the End Recipient of the Assistance is Yıldız Technical University.  The main stakeholders and partners of the project are İstanbul Technical University, Gebze Technical University and Hasan Kalyoncu University.
