The SMARTNET Project, funded by the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye, is coordinated through periodic evaluation meetings held on a four-month, one-month, and weekly basis.
Implemented under the framework of the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the Competitive Sectors Program, the project operates under the leadership of Yıldız Technical University in partnership with Hasan Kalyoncu University, Gebze Technical University, and Istanbul Technical University. Project management and stakeholders are following the implementation process closely in collaboration.
Having successfully completed its third year, SMARTNET continues to provide entrepreneurs with a wide range of support, including training, mentorship, patent facilitation, investor matchmaking, access to EU and US markets, commercialization, and networking opportunities.
In management meeting, representatives from the Contracting Authority, the European Union sector managament, and the beneficiary institution, Yıldız Technical University, along with project partners, ongoing activities and progress are reviewing in parallel upcoming plannings.
